1. GENERAL DEFINITIONS AND REGULATIONS

   These regulations specify the rules of using by legal and/or natural persons the Services provided by Secret Pie, with its business seat in Poland, Dąbrowa Górnicza, Szosowa 25 street, NIP 4980202185, REGON 241212178, referred to hereinafter as the Service Provider.

2. GENERAL RULES

   Using the service requires registration as a User. Registration is free and can be conducted via internet by filling in a registration form. By registering, the User accepts the above regulations. User is obliged to provide correct personal data. Successful registration launches rendering of the service.
   A single legal or natural entity or person cannot register for more than one account within the Service.
   Service provider does not take responsibility for any property or non-property damage that may occur during the usage of the Service if the performance of the service was correct during the time when any damage occured, with the exception of deliberate damages done by the Service Provider or any other case mentioned in the Regulations. Damage suffered by the User, for which the Service Provider takes responsibility according to the above Regulations, do not include potential benefits lost by the User. Using the ideskapp.com service is voluntary. Users registering in the service must be adults or have their parents' or legal guardians' consent if they are under age above 13 years.

3. USING AN ACCOUNT

   By using thet Service the User is obliged to:
   • obey the Regulations
   • obey law regulations relating to actual country of residence,
   • use the service in accordance with its destiny and aims,
   • obey the general etiquette rules,
   • use the service in such a way so that it is not harmful to the Service itself or any of its Users.

4. PERSONAL DATA

   No personal data provided by the User will be published or made available in any way (until the User decides to make them available), with the exception of the below cases.
   1. It is forbidden to upload any materials that do not comply with the law or break the commonly known and accepted social rules and norms, especially materials inciting to racial, ethnic or religion hatred, pornographic materials, materials supporting or approving fascism, communism, nazism, violence and materials offending religious feelings.
   2. It is forbidden to violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights and copyrights. User is allowed to upload only copyrighted materials or materials with author's consent to publish. It is also forbidden to distribute personal images without having a particular consent of related person until it is required by the law.
   Should any of the above paragraphs be violated, the Service Provider reserves itself the right to block or delete the particular account and user's data. User takes responsibility for all files provided or uploaded to ideskapp.com. Should any entity put in a claim to the Service Provider relating to files uploaded by this User to ideskapp.com, the User will be obliged to make-up to claims proposed by the Service Provider or other entity irrevocably, unconditionally and at first request. If the claim has already been made-up by the Service Provider, User will be obliged to cover all costs incurred by the Service Provider including the cost of legal aid. User's obligations referred to in the above chapter denote a situation when claims of a third party will constitute a direct implication or User's negligence that relate to providing particular matters within the Service.

5. PAYMENTS

   Subscription fee is settled in accordance with the price list valid at the time of ordering or prolonging the Service. Price list is available on webpage of the Service Provider. Subscription fee cannot be divided. A User is not allowed to contribute a fee for a shorter period that was chosen. Contributing a subscription fee makes User independent from any potential price changes during the subscription. Changing the type of a service from more expensive to a cheaper one does not include any refunds. Subscription fees should be put in with the PayPal system. Fee refunds will be paid into a PayPal account or the Client's credit or cash card. Should there be any arrears in payments User's account will be blocked until all payments are regulated.

6. CANCELING THE ACCOUNT

   User has a right to resign from the Service at any time. As soon as the resignation is announced the Service Provider may irretrievably delete all data relating to the Service, especially User's account and all data inserted by the User. Canceling the paid account does not denote refunds of incurred costs even if fees paid were not used.

7. OTHER REGULATIONS

   Service Provider reserves the right to deny registration without providing any particular reason. Should the User violate these Regulations or law regulations, Service Provider has a right to cancel rendering of the service. Should the violations be blatant or multiple, the Service Provider has a right to block or delete particular User's account. In such cases the Service Provider does not take responsibility for any damages resulting from the deleted account and User's data.

8. FINAL REGULATIONS

   Service Provider has a right to amend the above Regulations. Users will be informed about all amendments via an e-mail address provided during the registration process.
